Cedric Fisher: "earnestly contending for the faith."

The End is Here.

The End is Near Here

His watchmen are blind, They are all ignorant; They are all dumb dogs, They cannot bark; Sleeping, lying down, loving to slumber. Isaiah 56:10

As the darkness invades even the highest levels of Christin leadership, many leaders are falling away. The result is that Christianity including evangelicalism is on its deathbed. It won’t be long now. I can hear the dying gasps as the few remaining voices of truth are being marginalized into oblivion. By this time next year, Christianity may not be recognizable as Christianity. It will be absorbed into a New Age, Liberal/Progressive one-world religious society. May God have mercy on the millions of sleepers whose major contribution to Christianity was their Sunday morning attendance and tithing. They slowly abdicated their responsibility to gather truth for themselves long ago, having unwisely chosen spiritually destitute hirelings to stand in pulpits each Sunday stammering out their canned sermons. When the full consequences of the apostasy falls on them they will be devastated. They do not have the strength or even the knowledge to resist the slightest ripple of the coming diabolical tsunami.

“But it can’t be all that bad,” protests the professors.  In case someone does not understand what I am stating here, let me put it clear and blunt. It’s over. The death of Christianity the religion has arrived and most professing Christians do not even know that it is critically ill. They had better enjoy their religious social clubs (churches) while they can. When it all comes down, their glimpse of heaven will instantly turn into a view of hell on earth.

They first accepted the heresy of the teleheretics, who turned ministry into a marketing scheme to fleece the masses out of billions of dollars. Softened by the repeated blows of those lie-merchants, they accepted New Age paganism repackaged as new revelation from God or ancient truth re-discovered. Their leaders, pastors, teachers, and etcetera, never batted an eye as they stood in front of cameras, committees, and conventions and flagrantly introduced demonic individuals to the masses (Consider George Wood, General Superintendent of the Assemblies of God and John Stumbo, President of the Christian and Missionary Alliance).   Now Christian colleges and universities, mega churches, entire denominations, Christian organizations, are joining the welcome celebration for the coming to power and acceptability of Sodom and Gomorrah. They are racing, pushing, shoving, and stumbling over each other to stand out as the first ones to sanctify the most egregious sins.

Professing Christians can howl and rail against me for these statements and declare that everything is okay, and that I am a fanatical alarmist.  But they are basing their conclusion on a whitewashed wall that has no foundation. Such ones will not see the damage until the wall falls on them.  It is a grim picture indeed. But they were warned. They are still being warned, but they continue to get busy with world rather than engage the battle with zeal.

Some of the more zealous ones are fighting battles over lesser issues as if they are in life and death struggles, but they are ignoring the critical issues. Their effort is weak and scarce of commitment. They are like children standing in the shallows of a great sea shaking sticks at the ships, as Satan’s mighty armada pass by on its way to capture the port city.

People are asking me what to do. My response is pray and prepare. No one but God can stop it now. The spiritual condition of Christianity is too far gone to restore without a revival of the scope, magnitude, and intensity such as the world has never seen. There are no scriptures that predict such a revival. Further, the demon-possessed individuals that have their claws and fangs sunk deep in the throat of Christianity will not release their grip until they have extracted every last drop of blood.  In my opinion, God will allow it to reach its fullness, and then Christ will come with His wrath (2 Thessalonians 1:3-10).

One more time I will state it clearly. We are now well into the period of the final and great deception. It is like a metastasized evil cancer that has spread into every section of the body. It has erupted into full-blown apostasy, and the great delusion has been sent upon the blind and naked rejecters of truth love.

There is bad news for the ones who made it their goal to coast to the rapture. You’re not going. That’s right, you will not even know if and when a rapture occurs. In order to get into the coasting mode, you had to void your commitment to God. You are possibly committed to a church, but not to God. You are religious; even own a Bible that is as pristine as the day you bought it. You haven’t prayed over 5 minutes in so many years that you cannot remember when. You’ve never won a soul to Christ. When it came time to stand against the encroaching evil, you excused yourself from the battle. Your peace, comfort, and other conveniences were much more important to you. You found a lying hireling that tells you that you’re okay when you are dying from lack of truth.  So tell me again why you deserve to skip all the bad stuff when millions of godly people chose torture and death rather than to slide to your level.

This is not a game. It is not time for mealy-mouthed platitudes. There are plenty of hirelings and heretics providing that soured milk. It’s time for the truth. Wake up and quit compromising! Quit pandering to the world system and stop being a spiritual wuss. Cease drinking from the broken cisterns of hirelings and heretics. Get out of the low light and step into God’s presence. In short, repent! The end of conviction is near. You may not get another opportunity. Either you will become a living sacrifice for God or a burnt offering for Satan. It’s always been your choice. How are you going to respond this time?

The Enemy Among Us

Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan also came among them. And the Lord said to Satan, “From where do you come?” So Satan answered the Lord and said, “From going to and fro on the earth, and from walking back and forth on it.” (Job 1:6-7)

Every army knows how important it is to have operative on the inside of the opposition’s camp. With all the diabolical activity going on in denominations and mega-churches today, one has to wonder if this supernatural intelligent being called Satan has managed to plant his soldiers inside of Christianity. Further, does he have operatives within the inner circle of leadership? If so, then what are we to do about it?

There is an unwritten rule that nothing should be done when diabolical people come into Christianity via television, literature, or other channels of entry. Most professing Christians believe that the parable of the tares and wheat in Matthew 13:30 forbids us to oppose or even identify evil people, but that is a misunderstanding of God’s word. Consider that the Apostle Paul instructed Titus to “rebuke them sharply” concerning evil people that had wormed their way into the assembly of believers (Titus 1:13). He also instructed the church concerning those who claim to be Christians, but are in fact flagrant sinners in the assemblies.

“And you are puffed up, and have not rather mourned, that he who has done this deed might be taken away from among you.” (1 Corinthians 5:2)

However, when it comes to leadership, God’s Himself makes it very clear how we should respond to wicked leadership.

“Nevertheless I have a few things against you, because you allow that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, to teach and seduce My servants to commit sexual immorality and eat things sacrificed to idols.” (Revelation 2:20)

Obviously, God expected the leaders of the church in Thyatira to confront Jezebel. Was Jezebel a “tare” or one who sows “tares”? In my opinion, it does not make any difference. The fact is that she was in the church teaching diabolical doctrine and leading people into bondage.

It is obvious today that Christianity is rife with false Christians. But it is just as obvious that there are many heretics and hirelings in leadership including pastorates and denominational leadership. The problem is that few people will confront them. Professing Christians will confront school board member, politicians, and a whole host of other leaders, but become silent and tolerant while the enemy walks to and fro among them at will. They hide behind a false rule of passivity insisting that it is a demonstration of love, and that it is Christ-like to do so. But is it love or Christ-like to make truth a vassal to error?

The decadence of Christianity came about gradually and proportionately with the entrance of heretics and hirelings and their perverse dilution of truth. The spiritual sensitivity of the masses to the Holy Spirit decreased at the same pace. The masses of professing Christians were too busy being laity to recognize the invasion as a threat. The few that knew what was happening laid back, waiting on the leadership to stop the encroachment. However, the leadership was being infiltrated. It was all rotting from the top down. A contributing factor was that “Christian” television, namely PTL and TBN, kept many of the heretics and hirelings from being rejected and ostracized (It is revealing that very few if any ministers speaking truth rose to fame through these networks.).

Many pastors, evangelists, teachers, and wanna-be television ministers, adopted the heresy flowing from these networks and reissued them in order to build their own personal kingdoms. The majority of those individuals had the agenda of speaking to encourage giving money so that they could continue to speak to encourage people to give money, ad infinitum, ad nauseam. In between the manipulative pleas for money they filled up the air time with heresy. Their spiel is now so diabolical that were any of the significant Christians in history alive today, they would stand up in great alarm and rebuke them openly. In fact, they would not rest until every visage of their evil heresy was erased from Christianity.  However, we are burdened with silent or weak protests from supine leaders that are never going to jeopardize their positions to be a significant threat to the enemy among us.

Diabolical individuals now have a strong presence within Christianity. They pastor churches, sit on church boards, lead “worship”, and control everything essential in the church meeting. They walk among us freely, speak at our church conferences, come into our homes via books, television, Kindles and iPads. As spots in our “feasts of charity”, they mingle on our forums, blogs, our Facebook pages spreading their heresy. Their quotes are proudly posted by ignorant and unsuspecting professing Christians. It’s not that everything they say is evil. Consider how many people have been deceived by individuals speaking truth. A man may say everything right to a woman, but not sincerely mean any of it. A con man will tell you what he wants you to hear until the one paragraph where he takes your money. Likewise, Satan will speak truth as long as it leads to the point where an individual lowers his or her guard and allows him to infect their spirit with deception. Hirelings have gained and managed positions in the church by preaching sermons from a book (not the Bible), but they had no calling or anointing. Once in position, they invite the heretics to spread their perversion of God’s word.

Are we to accept truth from a deceiver? Truth from a deceiver always comes with a significant lie.

Consider that the lie of Contemplative Prayer is accepted by professing Christians because it is represented by influential leaders as truth. The practice came from Islam and entered Christianity through Roman Catholic heretics. Most individuals that engage in it become possessed with a religious demon. Religious demons specialize in making people feel special and close to God when they are actually in the grasp of deception. Further, the god that they become close to is certainly not God Almighty. They are ecstatic and bubble with a false joy, false peace, and other imitations of the fruits of the Holy Spirit. Of course, after possession they do not know that they are possessed and in fact believe that they have become very intimate with God. They will accept a false “holy spirit”, false religions, believe that they are super spiritual, and have found deep and hidden truths. The proof of their deception is that they view things that were once deemed evil as righteous and vice versa, and become amenable to every heretic and heresy. Their testimony, “I tried it and it was wonderful” leads others into the same trap.

Now we have arrived at the period in earth’s final days before the Coming of Christ when heresy in Christianity is blatant and diabolical to a degree that it stuns and frustrates the spirits of godly Christians. Rank and file professing Christians (nominal at best) munches on it daily like cattle grazing in a field of poison weeds. All attempts to warn them is blunted by the silence of a vast number of pastors, evangelists, teachers, and other leaders that are fearful of speaking boldly in truth and righteousness against the enemy within. Instead, they claim what they believe is a space of moral high ground. It is actually a position of pusillanimous silence and abject dereliction of duty while people are led into deception, apostasy and delusion. Deception is the lure, apostasy is the trap, and delusion seals their fate. What kind of a shepherd would allow a gradual slaughter of his sheep without putting up a fight or even a warning to spare them from the jaws of the Beast!

The leadership of denominations may be the worst of the shepherds too cowardly to do their duty. They attempt to hide among the stuff like Saul rather than to rise up as a champion of God’s truth like David. They do not pray enough to develop sensitivity to the Holy Spirit. True prayer is the least of their priorities, if it even makes the list. Most of them are immersed in mundane activities, religious business, flitting here and there, smiling, shaking hands, and issuing platitudes where needed. The activity helps them to ignored the Beast and his hoard of emissaries as they ravage Christianity with lies and evil practices. They not only do nothing themselves, but will punish a minister ordained in their denomination that speaks out boldly against the encroaching evil. A number of them are actually joined together with the very diabolical ones that are polluting Christianity with their refuse.

The feeble protests of other ministers that dare to poke their heads out from under the Denominational security blanket can be quenched with a simple conciliatory gestures from headquarters that sooths their alarm. They have no backbone for a true defense of God’s truth. They will remain in their heretical denominations until those entities rot to the ground around their feet (consider the Episcopalians). When it becomes apparent to them, if it ever does, that they are going to be trampled under the feet of the enemy, then they may find some courage to stand and lift the sword of truth. Then it will be too late. If they cannot resist the enemy within now, they will have no power to resist the Master of Darkness when he makes his entrance. Satan will arrive when his solders have finished their work dismantling Christianity. Their deadly heresies are now spreading rapidly throughout Christianity like poison gas. Only someone willfully deaf and blind, or lacking courage, can ignore it all and remain silent.

“Oh, but we won’t be here when the Antichrist appears,” the Evangelical preachers declare with stars in their eyes. What makes them think that they are going to be raptured when they were too cowardly to stand up while Satan trampled and spoiled God’s heritage?

I have some questions for every professing Christian who considers himself or herself a pastor, evangelist, preacher, teacher, prophet, or apostle. My questions are also to every professing Christian that claims to be a lover of God, of Christ Jesus, of God’s word, and that claims to live godly and upright. If an individual came into your home where you were assembled with close friends and family, and attempted to teach New Age doctrine, homosexuality as God ordained (including homosexual marriage), necromancy, conjuring demon spirits, one-world ecumenism with false religions, a return of Protestants to Roman Catholicism, that the concept of eternal hell was a false doctrine, and that Jesus Christ did not die for our sins, would you remain silent or at the best make a feeble and benign protest? These doctrines and many more evil heresies have infiltrated the church and the infiltrators are honored with wealth and fame. They are invited to speak at denominational conventions. What have you done and what are you doing to slow down or stop the invasion? Are you even identifying this horrific invasion to the people that depend on you to protect them? What about your family and friends? When will you remove the lock from your mouth and speak boldly and righteously against the enemy among us?

A Call to Prayer

(The following is a series of short articles concerning prayer.)

It would be failure to succeed in this life, but ignore the things that matter in eternity. It is not a shame to die poor or unpopular, but I don’t want to die a failure. Prayer is essential to everything I do. The only success without prayer is success that does not matter in eternity.

“You only have as much spirituality as you have in secret, where no prying eye can see, where there is no one there but God and thee.” (Anon)

You have to approach prayer with the thought that you may be the only one praying at that moment. If someone has a serious need, is critically ill, grieving over the loss of a loved one, is lost, and etc, you may be the only one praying for them at that hour. Pray for other people, and God will see to it that other people will pray for you. Reach out to someone else’s loved one and God will move someone to reach out to your loved one.

Some men’s prayers need to be cut short at both ends and set on fire in the middle.” (Dwight L. Moody)

In the great fight of faith, it is essential that we know the will of God. God gives us five pieces of armor, one weapon, and one communication system. Although it is all essential, I believe the most important of the equipping is the communication system, which is prayer. Can you imagine a fully equipped army going to battle without a communication system? If we do not pray, we will not know what God is doing, and we cannot possibly do His will. As Paul put it so succinctly, we will be as “one that beats the air.”

A man may study because his brain is hungry for knowledge, even Bible knowledge. But he prays because his soul is hungry for God.” (Leonard Ravenhill)

The Gamburtsev Mountains, called Antarctica’s “Ghost” Mountains, is a mountain range comparable to the European Alps, but buried under about three miles of ice. It is so large that it is capable of being seen from outer space. No one would know that it existed except for data complied by various scientists.

In a way, it reminds me of the deposit of prayer in a godly person’s life. All the short and powerful prayers of a godly person are peaks of a large hidden mountain of prayer. However, many professing Christians seldom pray. They use prayer as a “fire extinguisher”…only in time of trouble. If prayer in times of trouble is the only time one prays, such praying is no threat to defeat and no boon to victory.

Prayer is the enabler of faith. You could have faith so that you could move mountains, but if you don’t pray the mountain will remain in its place. Someone once said, “If you pray before you get in trouble like you pray when you are in trouble, you wouldn’t be in as much trouble.”

Any concern too small to be turned into a prayer is too small to be made into a burden.” (Corrie ten Boom)

The only thing that appears to attract the attention and anger of Satan more than praying is to exhort people to pray. Now that I am under a strong attack, my response is to press on with my mission.

Professing Christians that do not pray can be used by Satan, have no discernment, are disinterested in God and what He offers, are spiritual deaf and blind, and have no depth like the seed sown on stoney places (Matthew 13:5-6). They ignore God’s word, scorn His warnings, have no moral authority to stand against encroaching evil, and they cannot produce fruit. In fact, the most certain thing in their lives is that they will fail to obey God. It isn’t that they cannot pray or do not know how to pray, but that they steadfastly refuse to pray.

These are the ones that consume most of the church’s time and energy. In fact, most churches are designed to accommodate weak, persnickety, pamper-minded, non-praying Christians and their many woes. Their perpetual defeat at the hands of Satan is the topic of most Christian music, books, sermons, and most other ministry activity in Christianity today. It is so terrible a problem that some churches advertise as a “hospital for souls”. They ought to be advertised as a praise gathering, harvest center, and a refueling station for soul winners.

There must be quite a number of these folk on a hunger strike from God’s manna in protest of commitment and duty. Most professing Christians that I meet are defeated in mind and spirit. They are in a state of apathetic denial about the encroaching darkness of the last days. The only thing resembling Christianity about them is that they will admit to “going to church”. Few of them will attempt to “be the church”. They lament about the epidemic of heresy, but post quotes by heretics on their FB page. They complain about an obtrusive government, but the lack of their godly influence in society help put the present administration in power. I could go on but they will never read this, and it they did, they would either be offended or refuse to give it any consideration. Suffice it to say that when this world goes down in defeat to the minions of the Antichrist, it will not be because of the strength of Satan, but because of the self-imposed weakness of nominal, prayerless, professing Christians.

The thermometer of a church (Christian) is its (his or her) prayer meeting.” (Vance Havner – parenthesis mine)
