\nThe greatest truth it could not hide.
\nThe Blood the Lamb poured on the Ground,
\nThat righteousness can now be found,
\nFolded in the grace and life
\nOf that sinless sacrifice.<\/p>\n
O heaven sing, O earth rejoice
\nTo hear the Savior\u2019s mighty voice
\nTriumphant over hell and grave
\nBecause His life He freely gave
\nAnd millions lost contrite now come
\nTo glorious victory in the Son<\/p>\n
In pain and dying sadness came
\nBut then the earth rejoiced again
\nWhen God\u2019s angel rolled the stone
\nOur sins the Savior\u2019s gift atoned
\nThen Life came forth no more to die
\nAlthough on earth our hearts may cry
\nTo see His righteousness prevail
\nAnd cast the Serpent into hell<\/p>\n
He will return, the Lord of lords
\nTo trounce the minions, Satan\u2019s hoard
\nAnd sear the earth with vengeance
\nTill all remains is righteousness
\nWith death and darkness suffering loss
