font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">During this Christmas Season, while going through various stores with my wife shopping for the kids and grandies, I\u2019ve noticed a number of people that seem to be discouraged.\u00a0 My spirit senses troubled spirits in people.\u00a0 A kind word, a smile and cordial greeting, or another act of kindness, seems to instantly brighten their countenances. \u00a0I feel joy rising from the fountain when the little children smile.\u00a0 I love joy\u2014I\u2019m addicted to it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">When you show an act of kindness, you\u2019re making a payment.\u00a0 \u201cBut Christ Jesus paid my sin debt,\u201d might be the response.\u00a0 Oh yes He did!\u00a0 And we cannot buy our way into God\u2019s grace.\u00a0 However, His word tells us to \u201cowe no one anything but love.\u201d\u00a0 It is a debt that we will never stop paying on.\u00a0 More than a debt, it is a privilege.\u00a0 The privilege is our RSVP to God\u2019s invitation to come to His house for supper.\u00a0 Every time the love of Christ flows out of us, we are saying to God, \u201cYes, I\u2019ll be there.\u201d\u00a0 <\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">I know that\u2019s a bit cheesy, but sometimes the elementary thoughts remind us that this life is not just about existing and providing for ourselves and our loved ones.\u00a0 It is about reaching out to other people with our live.\u00a0 It is also about reaching the end of the journey still carrying the flame of love in our hearts that God gave us when He freed us from darkness.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">In Leviticus 6:13, God commanded, \u201cA fire shall always be burning on the altar; it shall never go out.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">That fire in our hearts is an increasing passion to sync with God\u2019s divine loving nature.\u00a0 The flesh and the world system vehemently opposes that passion.\u00a0 If I relax that desire even one day, I can feel the dredges of the old nature attempting to rise up again.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Nothing says \u201cNo\u201d to the flesh and the world system than to release love through our lives.\u00a0 For some people, like my wife, it comes naturally.\u00a0 For me it is a daily battle against the inherent proclivity of selfishness.\u00a0 To be honest, I despise selfishness in me.\u00a0 I hate it like sin.\u00a0 Thus, I make a daily choice to pay the debt of love.\u00a0 It is establishing a godly paradigm.\u00a0 It keeps the oil flowing and fire on the altar.\u00a0 My eternal perspective is sharpened. \u00a0\u00a0Nothing else that I do seems to enhance the feeling of nearness to God.\u00a0 It really is all about love, isn\u2019t it?<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">My soul is particularly concerned for the ones who may feel alone, rejected, useless, or abandoned. \u00a0If I had a large house I would invite them all to enjoy Christmas with us. \u00a0I know how it feels. \u00a0I have had all those feelings at once and have spent Christmas day alone, hungry, and without a single gift from anyone.\u00a0 But that was before God invited me into His family.\u00a0 You are not alone.\u00a0 The Holy Spirit is there when everyone else is gone.\u00a0 His presence and comfort is immeasurable.\u00a0 \u00a0May His joy fill you today!<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">When the sun beams its smiley face on Friday morn, rise up, stretch your hands toward heaven, thank God for His love and grace, and rejoice in the Him.\u00a0 Go somewhere and pass out some love. \u00a0God will give you a fresh supply.\u00a0 You may realize that no matter what happens in life, or how its many twists and turns buffet your soul, you have more than a room full of presents under a gilded tree.\u00a0 You have a RSVP to heaven and eternal life.<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;
