We have had a couple of nannies overdue for delivery for a while. Our 'Oreo' was raising a fuss earlier today so I went to see what was going on.

She had two (typical for a Nannie goat). Here are some pictures of them, just minutes old.

Here is a video of momma cleaning them up;

Proud pappa;

Here is 'tootsie' taking her first drink;

Here they are both standing... only 5 minutes or so old! You can see 'Taffy' hamming it up for the camera.

Hi Craig,
My neighbor has a flock of goats.  Most of them are Toggenburgs, and there are a few Angorans and one Alpaca, which is not a goat of course.  One day I was taking care of the goats while their owners was gone.  I poured feed into the troughs and opened the gates.  They rushed the troughs like mad animals.  When the dust cleared, there was a baby goat lying on the ground.  Evidently, the mother had her while rushing to eat.  They still have that one, which they named Tater Tot.   Cheesy
